


SPOTLIGHT: Strength Training Fundamentals
This 6 week small group training series is designed to provide participants with a focused and supportive environment to develop strength, improve technique, and build confidence in their movement practice. With a maximum of 10 participants per session, participants will also receive an individual intake and assessment prior to the start of the series to support their unique goals.
A variety of equipment, including kettlebells, dumbbells, and a barbell in addition to BCTO's existing tools, will be used to create varied and progressive programming tailored to meet each participant's individual needs.
