That’s how we want you to feel when you walk in our doors, whether it’s Day 1 or Day 100. Our mission is to change the experience of fitness by leading with joy, diversity, and inclusion.
We are ARTISTS and EDUCATORS. We bring creative expression and education to every class. We believe strongly in not just sharing the HOW, but also sharing the WHY we do the movements we do. Our experienced faculty has the freedom to design their own classes (a rarity in the fitness industry), giving you a unique and varied experience across our schedule.
We offer a DIVERSITY of movement modalities so you can build your full fitness routine all in one place. From Barre, Pilates, Strength Training, Yoga, and Dance, our classes are designed to help you build strength, stability, endurance, cardio, flexibility, coordination, and recovery while creating a schedule that works for your body and your goals.
Every class is open to ALL LEVELS. No matter your fitness experience or just how you feel today, you will be welcomed and challenged. How? Because we build progressions into every section of our classes. Stay at the first option or add on difficulty with progressive options.
We’re a FULL-SERVICE facility. That’s right, we do it all, so you can just show up with your water bottle and get moving. We offer towel service, supply all the mats, props and weights. We set up the room before each class, so you walk right into everything you need. *Except for Strength Training - those weights are heavy… consider that picking up your weights and returning them to Prop Alley is part of the workout :)
We’re a SHOELESS FITNESS space. The sensory receptors on the bottoms of your feet help support proprioception, your body’s internal awareness system, which can improve balance, alignment, stability, and coordination. By removing shoes, we encourage more natural movement patterns and a stronger connection to the body from the ground up.
To us, AGE is just a number. Our community is made up of movers from 20ish-80ish and everyone in between. So whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, returning to it after decades away, or have been a lifelong mover, you are WELCOME in this space.
