Circa 2005, these two had no idea what was ahead… Mood swings, cravings, body changes, sleepless nights, the delights of perimenopause, you know the drill. Now, 20 years wiser, they’re teaming up to share their playbook to support your midlife glow-up!

Midlife isn’t something to just “get through”, it’s a beautiful, transformative season of life. Perimenopause is often painted as something to fear or fix but the truth is, it can be the catalyst for stepping into your most powerful, confident, and vibrant self.

COURSE OBJECTIVE:
In this workshop, Tiana will cut through the confusion and stigma to give you a clear roadmap for thriving, not just surviving, in perimenopause and beyond. You’ll walk away learning the three core pillars that support your body, mind, and energy during this transition so you can feel strong, grounded and in control.

Course Includes:

  • Strength training for midlife bodies
    Form, breath, and how to move — with expert guidance from Tiana. 

  • Mindfulness + Breathwork
    Practical tools to calm your nervous system when life gets loud — led by Shelley-Anne.

  • Nutrition that fuels, not restricts!
    We’ll unpack protein, supplements, food labels and hormone-supportive strategies to help you feel nourished, strong, and steady.
